All the guides are very good, Rubi in Cairo, Saladino in Lake Nasser, I don't remember the names of the others, I trusted my memory as always and of course I failed, all the guides were very prepared, we felt very cared for by them and by the sympathy and good vibes of all Egyptians Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Very complete circuit. To improve the transfer from Nasser to Hurghada, it is necessary to do it by plane, 10 hours in a "van" in fits and starts is not what is expected after enjoying a 5 * cruise. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent service, there was only a gap in the programming but they solved it. Regarding the transfer to Hurghada, I suggest it is by plane, it is cheaper and less tiring. Opinion translated. Show original.

Total Disappointment: we paid extra for higher category hotels and it was not fulfilled. The Nile cruise was a very old, dirty and dilapidated ship. We hired a triple room and it was a double with an extra bed: There was no place to put the suitcases and the refrigerator door couldn't even be opened. The organization of the trip, terrible. In each city there was a different interlocutor and they did not pass on information about the extra contracted activities. Some companions only spoke in Arabic

Quality standards regarding accommodation may vary depending on the country and social customs therein. Even so, the highest possible quality is always offered, and all expected standards are met. We are sorry if it was not to your liking. We take note of this to continue improving. Opinion translated. Show original.

We had a lot of problems and very stressful situations, and on top of that, we ended up with a €60 internet bill that we want to be reimbursed for. When we arrived in Cairo, we did not receive any assistance, and we had to pay for the Egypt visa ourselves, which was reimbursed at the end of the trip after all my complaints. Additionally, the guides are always late and no one provides explanations about the irregular situation.

I can only say that the service received from Civitatis, and especially from the local provider in Egypt, has been absolutely disastrous and shameful. We are deeply disappointed with the circuit and feel ripped off by both companies. The attention received has been non-existent throughout the trip. At this time, the entire group that made the circuit is in the process of filing a complaint for the ordeal that you have put us through.

Translate this opinion into English.

As we specify on our website, the activities offered in the circuit are subject to sudden changes due to organizational reasons. Even so, the provider made an effort to offer the best possible content, and try to make your stay pleasant. For all the inconvenience caused, the corresponding refund was made to you. We are sorry for the incident and that your stay has not been as you expected. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We have confirmed with our local team all aspects of feedback to take into account. On the other hand, there are no organizational standards in accommodation, so depending on the place, the scales between the room categories may vary. Our guides make an effort to try to share the content in a rigorous way in any language, even if it is not their mother tongue. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, and that the activity has not been as you expected. We have made a refund corresponding to the incident that occurred. Opinion translated.

We have already made, with our alternative email, a claim with the multiple explanatory photos, deficiencies and anomalies that occurred during the horrible 15 days, waiting for them to reconsider, waiting for your response, sincerely.

Translate this opinion into English.

After speaking with the supplier, we were able to confirm that the boat you were assigned corresponds to the contracted category, and that the staff did their best to accommodate your requests, helping you change the cabin. We feel that, even so, the experience was not entirely up to par. Opinion translated. Show original.
